New Server: Administration.

I was thinking with the new server that some people can move up in being an admin. When i was in previous clans, the admins went in order from 100 as the highest to 20 as the lowest, i don't know if it will be the same or not. Here are my thoughts.

Dyskit

iTl SniperSr8

20:
iTl Shotz
iTl 'Respect'

For any one not in that list, at the moment you will be a member of the clan and may get moved up.

As for the members having admin, thats just a stupid idea. You know how many people would simply join iT for that instead of actually wanting to be in the clan?

Sorry not you, I meant Matrix, and I mean he has said that this forum is more important than being on the UrT server.

No i meant it as like we really need to take more attention to this forum a bit more because we have a lot of applicants atm and no one is accepting them and a suggestion is make someone application manager that is very active on forums.

Being an active forum member has no relation to how well they can judge an applicant.

I'd say get someone who is on the server frequently and have seen/known them before they submitted the app to decide whether they should be in.

I wouldn't mind being that person if I knew how to accept/reject an applicant.

i know how t and stuff i know most the applicants really well because i have invited most of them but i know some have invited them as well

i mean that every member in iT| will have a regular on the server (2) the only commands that they can do which users (1) can't is xlrtopstats i think.

Right Matrix, from what I've seen you just pick the ones that are on top of the score boards without considering whether they are aliasing or using hacks.

Anyone can do that, but what we want are people who can judge the skill of another player from either seeing them on the server before or observing for a while, not one round.

And as a precaution we will need to ask what their previous aliases were, for ALL applicants. I've seen people ban evading and aliasing so we're not risking one of them being in this clan.

What commands will the new iT members be given Blink?

Regarding member applications... Instead of having just one person deciding on member apps, why don't we vote on each member that apply to the clan.
We can have a hidden section of the forum just to place our votes and if 80% of the votes are "Yes", they get accepted into the clan.

well sorry sneaky, just a suggestion as i said at the start. If no one likes it then we wont have it and whats wrong with me being 100? I'm paying for the server. I agree blink, who ever is not 20 can be 2, they still get commands.
