Forum update and new layout

You'd've probably noticed an update in the forums, most of the new sections are welcome for you to post in. I encourage you to use the forums as much as you'd like, any suggestions about forum layout and/or other stuff can be placed in the new "Suggestions" section.

Reputation System:
The buttons for reputation are on the right of each post (shown as +|-) click the corresponding to vote up / down for a post such as this one. the reputation is purely cosmetic and doesn't do anything but show user approval. There was a "Thanks" system too, but i don't know where that went...

I hope this would be easy to use/navigate and would improve your forum experience.
